Hardware Design:
Clean and efficient: The Thermo ScientificTM UV 800 model is made of high-quality materials, and the outer shell and inner liner are made of high-grade stainless steel to ensure durability. The entire cavity adopts passivation technology, forming a passivation film on the surface, greatly improving the corrosion resistance of the instrument. The bottom compartment adopts a sloping design, which reduces pollution during the cleaning process. The volume of the cleaning chamber is 211 liters, and the volume of the cleaning basket frame is as high as 178 liters, which can be used to place a double-layer cleaning rack, thus having the ability to clean a large number of glassware at once. The power supply is 380V, 50Hz, with a peak maximum power of<11KW. The heating power is up to 9KW, and the heating rate is fast, greatly improving the cleaning efficiency.
Cleaning and drying: The powerful UV800 cleaning pump ensures excellent cleaning results, with a maximum flow rate of 550 liters per minute, improving the cleanliness of the outer wall and lower wide mouthed vessels during cleaning. The circulating water pump of this machine has a soft start function, which can adjust the water circulation volume and spray pressure according to the weight of the vessel, preventing damage to glassware caused by excessive water pressure when the pump is instantly started. Perfect spray control ensures effective cleaning. Up to three layers of 360 degree rotating spray arm devices can be configured to ensure effective cleaning of glassware. After pushing the fully loaded cleaning basket into the cavity, the machine injects hot air and cleaning water into the cleaning basket through the perfect central tower water supply structure and top water supply structure. During the cleaning process, users can not only use standard cleaning procedures, but also preset multiple procedures for different vessels according to their needs. Each step of the program is clearly displayed on the screen, making it easy for you to see at a glance. The efficient drying unit directly sends hot air into the interior and exterior of the vessel, minimizing the entire cycle time and greatly improving cleaning efficiency. The maximum hot air input temperature is 120 ℃.
Security protection: The UV800 model provides multiple security guarantees. Waterproof system, electric door opening, high temperature prohibited door opening protection, water heating tube over temperature protection, air heating tube over temperature protection, leakage protection, cleaning agent shortage alarm, water pump overheating protection and other protection functions, coupled with automatic fault diagnosis program, warning information reminder and fault language reminder function, not only ensure the normal use of the instrument, but also provide assistance for daily maintenance and repair.
Regulatory compliance: The UV800 model is pre-set with a disinfection procedure of 93 ℃, and the instrument provides the thermal disinfection function specified in the international standard EN ISO 15883-1/2. And it complies with the US FDA pharmaceutical cleaning standards, providing cleaning validation and traceability documents for cleaning residues, as well as IQ and OQ certification documents.
Easy to use: One click start cleaning program: Computer automatic control, easy to operate. The computer controls the process, temperature, working steps, and running time of each step in the entire loop. Easy to operate, just press lightly on the control panel to run. In the custom program, users can adjust the cleaning temperature, cleaning time, cleaning agent pump amount, cleaning agent channel, water source type, drying time, and drying temperature, achieving flexible cleaning scheme settings. Accurate addition of cleaning agent: It can achieve independent operation of the three channel peristaltic pump, accurately pumping according to cleaning needs, with a control accuracy of up to 1.8 milliliters per second. Ordinary physical and chemical testing cleaning agents, heavy metal ion cleaning agents, and acidic neutralizing agents can be pumped in at different cleaning times and procedures. The independent three channel peristaltic pump system of this machine can meet the above requirements. The instrument can store 4 barrels of 5L cleaning agent inside, meeting the needs of multiple channels and cleaning agents.
